The Chinese New Year keeps a 16-day-long celebration. The Lantern Festival can be regarded as the end of Spring Festival. As for the Chinese people, food plays a very important role in festive celebrations.

Before the day, more residents also prepare to take away some raw TangYuan.

“ I bought some sesame and freshmeat TangYuan. I buy here every year because of the good taste. Both the Chinese New Year and before the Lantern Festival to share among relatives." Resident Mrs. He told reporter.

Knead the fine glutinous rice flour and serve with a fresh filling. Sweet ones contain black sesame, bean paste, peanuts. As for salty, there are also shepherd's purse, fresh meat and so on.

Since the Spring Festival, the daily sales volume of TangYuan has continued to rise more than usual several times.

上等糯米粉揉成团，搭配极新的馅料，有甜口的黑芝麻、豆沙、花生，也有咸口的荠菜、鲜肉等。伴计们的巧辖下，十秒内就能包成一颗硕大圆满的汤圆。春节假期以来该店汤圆日均销售量握续走高，相较于深广增多了数倍。
